As someone with a background in Food Technology, I've always been fascinated by how carefully crafted food brings people together—through flavour, quality and the stories behind every local producer.

My husband spent more than a decade as a neuroscientist, studying the human brain before moving into health data science. His work inspired a different perspective: the moments we remember most are often connected to our senses—the aroma of Lavender, the richness of artisan chocolate, the sound of sharing a cheeseboard with loved ones, or the excitement of unwrapping a beautifully presented gift.
